My hands are so dry I can see scales in my skin. My cuticles are cracking & bleeding. My hair is flat, and static-y. I now have to use 2 different types of moisturizer on my face. My lips are chapped and feel like sandpaper. How I long for summer......

You can't be serious - its so hot there, you get chapped thighs just walking out to your car!
